BCYA RACE ENTRY FORM
PHRF A & PHRF B HANDICAP FLEETS
Use this form to register for Tuesday night BCYA Handicap Racing in the PHRF A or PHRF B fleets. To register for PHRF N (the non-spinnaker class) use the PHRF N registration form. You may also pay your Membership Dues on this form. But if you are not registering your boat to race and only want to pay your dues, go to the Membership Registration form.

As approved by vote at the 2006 Membership Meeeting, there is now only one membership category. Flag membership and Associate membership no longer exist. All members will pay the same $75.00 annual dues and have the same priviledges and voting rights.

Each yacht is required to have no fewer than three paid memberships associated with that boat, so encourage your crew to enlist by having them go to the Membership Registration form.

I agree to abide by the regulations and sailing instructions for these races. In consideration of being permitted to enter these races, being knowledgeable of the risks of competitive sailing and knowing that it is my sole responsibility to decide whether to enter or to continue in any race, I voluntarily assume the risk of participation in these races and release the BCYA, the people planning and the people conducting the event from any and all liability, including liability from their own negligence, in connection therewith including any injury or damage that may occur.

Furthermore, I affirm that the PHRF handicap rating shown here is that assigned by and recorded with PHRF of the Chesapeake for the current year. The penalty for falsifying the PHRF rating is disqualification.

Furthermore, I recognize that I may be called upon to participate in Committee Boat duty for one of the Tuesday night races and I agree to act in that capacity for the good of the fleet.
