THE RACE
Truly a "Race to Baltimore", an anticipated 60 sailboats in seven classes will rendezvous at the mouth of the Magothy River. The approximately 20 nm race over a designated course will proceed north on the Chesapeake Bay and up the Patapsco River, ending in Baltimore Harbor at Tide Point (just opposite Fells Point.)

Sponsored for the last 23 years by the Baltimore City Yacht Association and the Magothy River Sailing Association, this CBYRA sanctioned race has been one of the main events of the summer sailing season. 	Docking:		The Broadway Pier is public docking, so tie up just outside Shucker's!

THE RACE BACK ON SUNDAY

	Rock Creek Racing Association is conducting The Star Spangled Classsic, a CBYRA sanctioned event, on Sunday, July 8, as a "Race Back" for yachts leaving Baltimore headed back to the bay. Make it a full weekend of racing by joining in the competition on Sunday.
